Jatin Goyal is the Founder and CEO of the company. He is an accomplished chess player with a FIDE rating of 1348. Jatin has received numerous awards for his unique style of play and has achieved success in chess competitions at the university and district levels. He has also participated in both National and International Chess Championships. In addition to his skills as a player, Jatin is known for his friendly nature, especially when teaching young students. He believes in adapting his teaching style to match the understanding of each individual student. With 8 years of accumulated experience and counting, Jatin has made a significant impact in the world of chess education. Jatin has been recognized as the “Best Youngest Coach” by a prominent political leader of the local bodies. He is driven by the desire to touch the lives of many more individuals through his chess knowledge and coaching abilities.
Deepak Kapuria is the company’s Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). He has successfully balanced his passion for chess with his expertise in digital transformation. Now, he aims to bring together these two areas for the betterment of the game. Through his vision with Archer, Deepak aims to provide high-quality training and structured growth opportunities in chess. He also strives to raise awareness of chess on a global scale. Deepak is a MBA degree holder , further demonstrating his dedication to promoting the game. He possesses the ability to generate interest in students and excite them about chess. Additionally, Deepak is actively involved in developing new teaching methods, analyzing games, and building a solid foundation for his students.
